India :

Gone are the days when women were obsessed and confined to limited and grandiose works. Now, they conquer the world equally to men and have created intriguing redolent from the past rolling years. They diligently work to attain the name and fame in the society.

Jhulan Goswami’s, journey from Chakdah a small town in Nadia district of West Bengal to Johannesburg who won Indian cricket match on september11,2007; have surely set an example for many young girls and encouraged them to seek their careers in cricket. Representing India internationally in women’s cricket is meritorious. She made all Indian women proud it’s not only her triumph but also the victory of those youngsters who are motivated and evoked to work harder. Accepting women in cricket is gaining popularity. Yet, still it’s a beginning and long journey shall have to be covered to attain bon-vivant women’s name in the world of cricket. The austere hope and believe of Bhattacharjee, former Bengal coach that “things will change” could step the team forward to receive privilege in the near future.
So, I think the team should stop to lament over welcoming issues, as welcoming of success will automatically honor the Indian women team by all.

The seed of hard-work definitely blooms, so, little exposure and financial help could empower women to work more sincerely. The bliss lies in the fact that today, all the doors are open for women whether it’s social, political, or economic. They may be sanguinely considered prior to men in many areas.

On the whole the notion of empowering women is to deliver message to all the Indian women, to come up with their skills and attain a position in the society and moreover to cope up with the unconditional circumstances.

That’s a very good message for women all over. Empowerment is in their hands. They just have to arm themselves with skills that can make them competitive. They just have to have the desire to lead change. They are great because they are simply women!

It’s only the beginning, the women have a long way to go and men better buck up or else you will be sloshed. I mean gone are the days of domestic violence and getting raped in the bed night after night as part of matrimony, atleast thanks to films like Provoked and Dor we are encountering a stirr that’s here in full rush and create a stir!
